Shipping Time & Fee:

We offer free standard shipping when you spend $49.99 to United States and Canada. Otherwise, the shipping rate is $3.99. For expedited shipping that can be applied to your order, shipping rate is US$15-$25.

Standard Shipping to United States: (10-15  Working Days); Expedited Shipping for (5-7 Working Days). 

Order Tracking
A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment. For customers who select Standard shipping, to track the order, you can visit YunExpress

Return Policy:

We allow returns on an order as long as a return request is communicated within 30 days of receiving the order (Returns must be in the state you received orders and orders are in the original packaging). We believe that in order to provide the best online shopping experience, our customers should not have to pay for return shipping on any defective items. If your item is damaged or defective, please contact our support team at qbleev.cds@gmail.com and be sure to include a photo for quality assurance purposes. For all other return reasons, you will be responsible for shipping costs back. Qbleev will refund 100% of what you paid for the product.
